Because many of our products are custom-made, please double-check all details before placing your order.

4. Personalised Products

All personalised and custom items are made specifically for you. Please ensure that all spellings, numbers, and design options are entered correctly before confirming your order.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

5. Shipping

We offer Free 24-Hour UK Tracked Delivery on all orders.
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
International shipping is also available — delivery times and costs vary by destination.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mrplaques.co.uk with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for personalised orders that contain incorrect information provided by the customer.
