Return & Refund Policy – Mr Plaques

At Mr Plaques, every product is custom-made with care and precision. We want you to love your order, so please read our return and refund terms carefully before purchasing.


1. Personalised Orders

Because most of our plaques are made to order and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun — unless the item arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
Please double-check spellings, numbers, colours, and design selections before confirming your order.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@mrplaques.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage where applicable).


3. Non-Personalised Items

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You’ll be responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or PayPal (processing times vary).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@mrplaques.co.uk


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@mrplaques.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it.


7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for the correct return address and instructions.
Do not send your item back without approval, as this may delay your refund or replacement.
